To initiate your return or exchange process, please contact us at info@ventulus.com.tr.

The product you want to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged. Please send the original package and the invoice or gift exchange card sent to you to our address at the end of the page.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes and the shipping costs depending of the destination, we are aware and held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes within EU countries.

The fee for the shipments to be made during the return and exchange is yours and the shipping costs cannot be refunded.

After checking the compliance of your product with the return and exchange conditions, the transaction status will be sent to you by email. Refunds will be made within 10 business days, depending on your bank, from the date of receipt of your return by us. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method you used when purchasing the product. If you cannot receive your refund within the specified period, please contact your bank first and then us.

Returns and Exchanges

If you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

You can return the products that have not lost their re-salable qualities, such as the label, original box / package, tape, seal, package, etc.

If the product you purchased is not damaged, the package is not damaged, has not been used with all its accessories, or its resalability is not damaged, you can change the products you purchased from ventulus.com.tr within 30 days from the order date.

In your return transactions, you must send the original copy of your invoice to our company with the product.

Once the returned product reaches us, the return process is initiated. After checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions, Ventulus will make a refund to your credit card. The product price is reflected on your credit card within 10 days, depending on your bank. This process is completely dependent on your bank and Ventulus does not have the right to interfere with your bank.
